A note from our founders
Every company runs on knowledge that never makes it into a system. The WhatsApp thread that keeps a truck moving. The night-shift workaround. The person who just knows who to call. We built Plexo to make that knowledge visible — without turning people into a spreadsheet.
Most tools describe the official process. To understand how work really happens, you have to ask the people doing it, across roles and shifts. Their experience is the starting point for everything we build.
Our voice agents interview a whole team in parallel, chase the exception, and connect those accounts into a shared map. When two roles describe the same handoff differently, that gap is usually where hours and money are being lost.
We believe leadership should see the bottleneck, never the person. Findings come back aggregated by role. The map names the break, the source, and who still decides — so you can put an agent there with confidence.
